 The Glen Lake Fire Department

• Strives to provide the highest levels of trained and certified personnel, ready at all times to provide care and assistance to members of the communities we serve.   

• Provides advanced tactical rescue services, including search and rescue operations, vehicle extrication, ice & water rescue.   

• Provides services in any weather and works under any conditions to ensure the safety and well being of the citizens and visitors of Glen Arbor and Empire townships.   

• Responds to 500 calls annually and is fully prepared to handle the demands of fire & EMS services required, despite seasonal variations in population, now and in the future.   

• Strives to proactively meet the health and safety needs of our community through community education programs and 24/7 availability at two stations within the service area.
